Tonight

Hailing from Southend, home to Eddie and the Hot Rods, Dr Feelgood and the Kursaal Flyers, Tonight were a UK band that surfed the New Wave and hit the heights in 1978 with their first single "Drummer Man", which reached No 14 in the UK charts. They were the first band to be labelled as "Power Pop".

Hailing from West London in the early 1980's the Cartoons, led by Larry Cane-Honeysett were part of the burgeoning pub rock scene.
